Intelligent Production Line

It features 8 fully automated production lines for WPC wall panels, light steel keels, gypsum boards, and metal engraved insulation boards. The daily output of wall panels is 5,000 square meters, the daily output of light steel keels is 30,000 meters, the daily output of gypsum boards is 200,000 square meters, and the daily output of metal engraved boards is 5,000 square meters.

Precision Processing Equipment

Equipped with professional equipment such as CNC cutting machines, laser leveling machines, fully automatic conveying equipment, and automatic

robotic arms, the processing accuracy reaches ±0.1mm, ensuring the

consistency of product dimensions.

Environmental Protection Production System

Adopting low-energy consumption production technologies and dust-free workshops, the entire production process complies with environmental protection standards such as RoHS and CE.

Full-process Production Technology

Raw Material Selection

We strictly select high-quality raw materials (exceeding national standards with premium PE/PP plastics, natural bamboo and wood fibers, high-strength galvanized steel, etc.), and conduct 100% inventory inspection to ensure that no substandard raw materials enter the production process.

Processing And Forming

WPC Wall Panels: Through processes such as high-temperature melting, extrusion molding, and surface embossing, the product has a density of 1.1-1.3g/cm³ and excellent impact resistance.
Metal Channel: Precisely rolled and galvanized, with a zinc layer thickness of ≥ 60g/m², the corrosion resistance is three times higher than industry standards.
Metal Embossed Panels: The insulation core material (EPS/PIR/PUR) is combined with the metal panel through processing, with a bonding strength of ≥ 0.15MPa, ensuring no delamination.

Surface Treatment

Utilizing an eco-friendly coating combined with a secondary rolling process, the surface is smooth and glossy, resistant to scratches and abrasion, and does not fade easily. The service life can last up to 15 years.

Assembly And Packaging

Automated production line operation. Use moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging materials. Mark product information (batch number, specification, quality inspection result) to achieve full traceability throughout the process.

Strict Quality Inspection Process

Intelligent Production Line

Establish an independent quality control center equipped with 12 professional inspectors and over 20 sets of testing equipment, implementing a "three-inspection system" (incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection) to ensure zero defective products leave the facility.

• 1. Raw material testing: In accordance with ASTM and EN standards, the physical and chemical properties of the raw materials (such as tensile strength, flame retardancy, formaldehyde content, etc.) are tested.
• 2. Process monitoring: Real-time monitoring of key parameters (temperature, pressure, thickness) during production, with sampling and testing conducted every 30 minutes.
• 3. Finished product inspection:
◦ Dimension accuracy: Laser measuring instrument is used to measure the length, width and thickness of the product and other indicators.
◦ Performance testing: Conduct tests such as impact resistance, water absorption, fire resistance and sound insulation (for example, the water absorption rate of WPC wall panels should be ≤ 3%, and the fire resistance of gypsum boards should be ≥ 30 minutes).
◦ Environmental testing: Test for harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metals to ensure compliance with RoHS and REACH standards.
